This policy explains how these Android apps, published by Akinchan Aggarwal, handle information: Court Fee Calculator (com.courtfee.calculator), Arbitration Fee Calculator (com.arbitrationfee.calculator), Legal Dictionary (com.legalshabdavali.app), Income Tax Calculator (com.incometaxcalc.india), Limitation Calculator (com.limitation.calculator), Loan EMI Calculator (com.loanemicalc.india), FD RD Interest Calculator (com.fdrdcalc.india), Post Office Schemes Calculator (com.postofficecalc.india), Mutual Fund & NPS Calculator (com.mfnpscalc.india), MACT Compensation Calculator (com.mactcalc.india) and Court Diary (com.courtdiary.india, and its web version at court-diary.pages.dev).
The calculator apps work without an account. Court Diary is different: it has accounts and syncs a shared case diary, so it has its own section below.
You don't need an account. Amounts you type are used on your device only. Your chosen state stays on your device. Dates and search text you enter stay on your device. Quiz scores are not saved. Income and other figures you enter in Income Tax Calculator are used on your device only and are not saved or sent to us. The same applies to loan, deposit, investment, pension and compensation figures you enter in the other calculators. We don't receive anything you enter, and uninstalling an app deletes what it stored.
Account. You sign in with your Google account. We receive your name and email address from Google to create your account and to let team members find you.
Your case diary. Cases, hearing dates, ticks, to-do tasks, notes, aliases, lists and tags you add are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Mumbai region) so they sync between your phone, your team and the web version. They are encrypted in transit and access is limited to you and the team members you add. When you add a team member by their Gmail address, they can view and edit the whole team diary. We don't sell this data or use it for advertising.
Court information. The app fetches case status, listings, orders, related cases and the display board from the Punjab & Haryana High Court's public case-status service (phhc.gov.in). Only the case type, number and year (or enrolment number you search) are sent there. Court Diary is not affiliated with the High Court.
On your phone only. Google Calendar sync writes hearing dates to a calendar on your phone through Android's calendar; new-order notifications are created on your phone. Order PDFs you open are downloaded to the app's storage on your phone.
Deleting your data. In the app, go to Settings > Account > Delete account. This deletes your account and your profile, and removes you from the team. Cases you shared stay with the remaining team members; if you are the only member, the team diary is deleted. You can also ask us by email. See how to delete your Court Diary account.
The apps show banner ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process device and usage information, such as your advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and interactions with ads. This information is sent to Google, encrypted in transit. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android device settings.
The calculator apps don't ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. Court Diary uses only your Google name and email, as described above. None of the apps ask for contacts, photos or precise location, and we don't sell personal information.
The apps are intended for adults and aren't directed at children under 13.
These apps, including Court Diary, are independent and aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any court, government body or bar association. They are for reference only and aren't legal advice.
We'll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
